Family Fitness Challenge:
June 6-July 31
Looking for a healthy family activity? Get fit as a family during this eight-week challenge. Walk, run, bike. You pick the activity and the pace. Individual awards are given for every 10 miles completed. Accumulate tokens and trade them in for bigger prizes at the end of the challenge.
Registration Fee of $25 per family.

Tennis Clinic:
July 20-24, SLU Tennis Courts 6pm
Rain Site Canton Pavilion
This is a beginner level program. Anyone interested in learning the game of tennis or refining his/her strokes is welcome. $20 per person.
Canoe Clinic:
July 6-9, Taylor Park Community Beach, 6pm
Rushton Canoe Weekend Chairman, Chuck Bolesh, will be putting on this week-long clinic. Learn proper canoeing techniques, and then experience paddling on our scenic Grasse River. Some canoes and equipment may be available for us. If you have one, please bring own canoe or kayak. $20 per person.
Nature Awareness and Wilderness Skills:
June 29-July 2, Taylor Park Community Beach, 5:30 pm
Joe Longshore, wilderness educator and naturalist, will teach primitive shelter building, understanding bird language, animal tracking, identifying wild edible and medicinal plants and much more. This program will be fun, informative and appropriate for all ages and skill levels.
$20 per person.
Lifeguard Training:
July 20-24, Canton Central Pool, 12:30- 3 PM
This course is for anyone age 15 and over wanting to get certified to lifeguard. Class space is limited to 12 participants.
$100 fee includes books, CPR mask and certifications.
